| TVP workout. Totally VO2 Pumping. My legs felt like they wanted to disown me as we did small loop, medium loop, big loop X 3 all of which included more and more hill and some very steep bits of hill. Mercy me! |

| Buoy-O-Boy!! The first annual Humer River Expedition. Leanimal and Goose were fine company on our lovely evening cruise down the marvelous Humber River near B-town. Goose was a great river guide in his vintage white water kayak.Notice the lovely urban setting....also saw some good birds which is a sure sign of spring! Luckily we didn't tip the banana boat and managed to only hit a few smallish rocks (but nothing for Phatty to really worry about). Leanimal made me sit in the stern because I'd had some delicous indian food for lunch.....'nuf said.
Special thanks to the Bolton runners who we ran into in the conservation area and too some group shots!

| Out for a spin around Caledon with Leanimal and Phatty Jr. I suffered, and if you look back in my log and find the last time I actually logged some MTB you might figure out why. Had to take a time out to relax and breathe, and then got back on for a much better second half to the ride. |
