| Out for some O-training today with Mr Pither. It wasn't really a 3 the entire time, but I'm logging a 3 because I certainly felt kinda huffy and puffy out there after having taken it easy for 3 weeks.
Mr Pither was a great coach! I got some good advice and some much needed reminders that 1) in the interest of precision, slowing down is okay, and 2) I need to trust my compass!
Sa-weet. I can't wait 'till next weekend to apply my newfound knowledge during a sound Bobkitten crushing of MBR, and Grizzly Bender....oops, did I say that outloud? |

| Tried riding a bike yesterday evening. Can't bear weight through the left wrist without pain, and the right one isn't able to bend all the way back yet.
Anyone know a good physio? ;) |

| Cast off today. Time to get back into the swing of things, however, the wrist is still a bit purple and green and I don't have much range so I can't imagine what falling down would feel like. I'll still take it easy 'till then and keep up my daily walking regimen (which I consider too weak to even log) |
