Running 2:10:00 [2]
Beautiful Lion's Head trail. Very technical so it was tough to keep the heart rate up very high. It was also hard to not stop at all of the scenic lookouts and soak in the sunshine and the view.

Stairs 2:00 [5]
2 sets Frankensteps
Running warm up/down 1:00:00 [2]
Running 28:55 [4]
First ever Escarpment Rally. Ran with TVP who pushed me on the flats. Unfortunately MrPither provided absolutely no inspiration to us as we lost sight of him about 2min into the rally since he was just flying!!! He managed to shave about 2min off his old record - was it the new geeky yellow XC spikes? My new trail shoes carried me to the first ever female Escarpment Rally record-setting time. I have self-declared myself the Escarpment Rally Championess.

Goal is to break 27min.

Escarpment Rally - Splits

Tuesday Jun 17

Running intervals 30:00 [5]
Ran "Donatos" tonight: 3 sets of 45s on + 15s off X 10 = Killer.

I felt like I had a lead weight in my stomach. Maybe my after school snack was too big, or maybe my body was in protest.

Either way, I definitely wasn't as fast as I usually am tonight but struggled on at the back of the pack without feeling too badly about it.
C • Thank you for naming my lea... 1
Running warm up/down 45:00 [2]
Stairs 1:10 [5]
Only one set of Frankensteps for me tonight. Planned on doing two but my legs were burning and screaming after one so I thought I'd listen to them and back off.

MTB 1:10:00 [3]
First time out on the bike since Storm the Trent. I was a little worried about the pressure through the wrists on the handlebars and after about 45min (and one bumpy trail) the left one was letting me know it was annoyed. The right wrist (the broken one) felt pretty darn good.
Rode from my place up to Chedoke, west on the rail trail and crossed the highway then descended down to the bumpy bumpy bruce where we ended up out at Wilson St. Went up to the Heritage trail and back around to Westdale via the Monarch Trail.

Apparently my max speed was 67km/hr. Somehow I think my computer must have had a little glitch!
