Running intervals 30:00 [4]
Tough laps around the Resevoir tonight. Did 1-2-3-2-1 laps, which translates roughly to 2-4-6-4-2 minutes although apparently our 3 lapper took us over 7. Whoopsie! I guess since the Pith isn't here anymore the pace has dropped off a tad? We were admittedly lackadaisical this evening, however, MrMTB (not sure what his official alias is..) did some stairs while TVP and I looked on in awe.

This was pretty much a road ride through some country roads west of the Hammer. Lots of little ups and downs to challenge myself on as I tried to keep up the pace on the hills. I find that it is always my legs that are the limiting factor on the bike. The lungs feel great, but it's the lactic that gets me down! I guess I need to put in some more time, and so that is a goal in prep for Raging in Michigan with the Bobkittens!
