Even though it was Wednesday, we skipped a big adventure so I could get over this nagging flu thing. It was beautiful out there. Lungs still felt dull.
Warm up and then some quick little bursts of effort to get the legs tuned for our THRESHOLD TEST!! Ouch. 20min as hard as you can. I concentrated more on trying to hold a sustainable HR and once I settled in on that pace I just wanted to hold the power and cadence. HR steadily rose to 191 by the end. I survived and my new htreshold power is 210.
