Not actually on a computrainer, but I'm still logging it under that. Good hard workout with some good intensity blocks of hill climbing and time trial-ish effort. Phew. Was getting a little worried about how this was going to make my run feel!
XC Skiing intervals 1:24:00 [3] 15.7 km (5:21 / km) +424m4:43 / km
Interval with Brittany. Holy cow. I think my heart almost exploded. 4 times a hard loop around the biathlon area. Each loop had two intervals in it. We played the game of "let Liza go first and Britt chases her down". Heebus. One day maybe she won't catch me. :)
