Stage 2 of the Tour of Sufferlandria was a killer on the legs. 32 x 1min intervals flat out (I was going 30% above threshold and 100 cadence) with 1min rest. Killer!

First hour felt okay, but then the legs were feeling those last few climbs to the top of Mt Sufferlandria!! The next 8 days are going to be hurtful....
