| Legs definitely didn't feel 100%, but got better after about 5 miles or so...thankfully. A quick stop at the portapotty during the last half threw off my equal/negative split, but a good day overall. Definitely played it cautiously to make sure I got the qualifier to Boston.
Sorry 'Bent. Looks like you lost the bet on this one. I'm planning on being closer to your estimate in Boston though, so go double or nothing with Bash for that one! |

| Ran along the Schuylkill River. 8c, sunshine. Great day. Legs felt pretty good. A little stiff here and there, but hopefully they'll be A1 tomorrow. Ankle was no problem. |
