| Through High Park a bit, then up, down and around to work. Really didn't feel like doing this at first, but as usual felt good once I got going.
Got to see Gene Simmons on Breakfast television when I ran past CityTv! I was tempted to get on camera and stick my tongue out Kiss style...but I didn't want to interrupt my run too much. It's funny that after running all these years, you still sometimes have to play head games with yourself before you get out the door - and then you're always glad you did. | ||

| Had a great race - except for one CP. I'm guessing I spent about 10-15 minutes extra looking for CP6. Other than that, had a couple of very small mistakes and nailed pretty much everything else.
Getting better. Must remember to break up long sections through tough terrain into smaller sections of feature-to-feature instead of just trying to nail it with a bearing. | ||
