Long winding route up to Kelso, then around the trails of Kelso for awhile, and back home along a more direct route.

Got in some great hills around escarpment territory.

Great ride. Major wind on the way out, but had a decent tail wind on the way home.

Great ride home today. Almost thought I had some road rager honking at me til I looked back and saw the bullfrog-mobile with a kayak on top. 'Bent had been out paddling on the credit in a slower sea kayak when he should've been out in the racing boat.

Great session at Downward Dog. With yoga, the instrucutor makes all the difference. I found an old pass for this place while cleaning up my house, so I decided to check it out.

Great run around Bronte Creek Prov Park. Found totally new trails on the east side of the creek, ran through some farmer's fields, and ended up coming out into a new development off of Bronte Road. Tonnes of fun.
