Friday Feb 9

Ride (spinning) 1:00:00 [4]
slept:5.5
Felt a little sluggish...legs are a little tired I think.

Thursday Feb 8

Note
Hip is a little tight today, but not bad at all.
Running 1:30:00 [3]
A little bit of beep test, some floor hockey, and some dodgeball for good measure.

Hip was a little tight during the beep test.

Wednesday Feb 7

Ride (Spinning) 1:00:00 [4]
Another good spin. Broke it up into two 30 minute hills with a short break in the middle.

Running 1:03:00 [4] 16 km (3:56 / km)
shoes: NB825
Major headwind, snowy, icy waterfront trail and 3 intensity out, tailwind, clear sidewalks and intensity 5 on the way back.
Climbing (indoor) 2:00:00 [1]

Tuesday Feb 6

Ride (spinning) 1:05:00 [4]
Worked very hard. Some definite peaks to 5 intensity. Felt pretty good for the most part.

Monday Feb 5

Running (snowy roads) 53:00 [4] 13 km (4:05 / km)
shoes: NB825
Pretty snowy sidewalks, but the run felt great. Probably because I've been on an unintentional peaking program for the last week. Peaking for what you ask? I have no idea...

Time to start really ramping up for Spain. 5 big weeks of training, then one easy.
Strength 15:00 [3]
