2 hours of working, 1 hour easy, then another 1.5 hard. Felt it in my xcski muscles for sure - not sure what the technical term is for these, but they are apparently not used in any other sport or daily activity.

As far as I know, this was the first TOTNT workout with more than one person present. Bender and I did a tough ice-cornered, snowy loop in Riverdale Park. Ladder intervals up to 4 minutes. Good 30' warmup and 40' cooldown at a comfortable pace.

Sunday Feb 25

Nice to loosen up the legs after all the snowshoeing from Saturday.
