| As far as I know, this was the first TOTNT workout with more than one person present. Bender and I did a tough ice-cornered, snowy loop in Riverdale Park. Ladder intervals up to 4 minutes. Good 30' warmup and 40' cooldown at a comfortable pace. | ||
