Hurting a little bit before the race started (note: booze and running don't mix), but still had a pretty solid one. Definitely noticed that I haven't been doing any hills as they knocked me flat every time.

From work, up to Pottery Road and through the Don Valley, then out to High Park to a friend's place.

DV was great. There's some super technical stuff and when it's dry like it has been, the trails are in great shape.

One of the toughest workouts I've done in awhile. I think indoor soccer is tougher than child birth. Honestly.
