| First 3-4 miles my legs felt tight. I did my best to control my pace and take it easy. I'm guessing my initial pace was around 7:10. Legs kept feeling better and better throughout. Last 2-3 miles I was pushing hard. |

| About 2-3k warmup.
8x800m, with about 1-2 minutes rest. Lungs felt great as usual, still feeling a bit tight in the legs. Why? No idea at this point. Didn't have a watch with me, but felt like I was firing them off pretty quickly.
