adjusting after the flight and preparing for the 3 days of flying pig...
proved insufficient eventually....
i got pain in the leg for all the 3 days...and a whole week after that

late night comfortable run after work (around 9) along burke-gilman
due to the fatigue accumulated in the previous days, got muscle pain all the way through
run was intended to relax the muscles a little bit

went slower after 15km..due to muscle fatigue from yesterday's badminton (underestimated it!!)

after the short sprints just then, I started this too fast and I had my 1st set of completing 2 laps within 70s....died out after it....but still kept a pace of around 37-40s/lap
