right after i finished the orange course, i went for another run on the red course. I was exhausted when i was one-third of the way thro and i started to lose my abilities mentally and physically

proved insufficient eventually....
i got pain in the leg for all the 3 days...and a whole week after that

due to the fatigue accumulated in the previous days, got muscle pain all the way through
