| Ran in my new shoes! Made a big mistake at number 15 where i went the wrong way around a building and then arrived at a shut gate about 10m from my control Doh. So i wasted a couple of mins doing that. But i didn't feel great running anyway cos i had a late night the nigt before. |

| Went on the cross trainer at the gym. It was my last day of this clinic today so i was happy. Two down! |

| Ran with Dad early morning before work with dad. It was a nice morning for a run but i was a bit tired after intervals last night. |

| It was a pretty hard session tonight. Did 4 x 1000m then 800m with 100m hard, 100m slow etc.

I started as the first person tonight simply cos i was getting eaten alive by mosquitos. |
