mysterious pain in my glute from the belt down through hamstring
since sunday I had this twitchy feeling deep in the middle of my left hamstring, really just thought it was the usually tired muscle thing.
the pain did not seem to worsen during exercise or in any one position. it just seems to be there - a feeling. might be sciatica from what I read.

Adventure Race long 10:08:00 [4]45.0 mi (13:31 / mi) +2700m 7:05 / km
ultimate green mt adventure
miserable weather - rain, 40mph winds (at the top of Pico and Killington), cold, wet, muddy
busted pedal at the beginning of the mt bike ride. 43km with a crank bros pedal that fell off its spindle. constantly keeping track of it everytime I stepped off the bike. uphills were fine, but the downhills were treacherous.
trekking was some trail, ski slopes and bushwack. paddle was with inner tubes, 2x6's, duct tape and twine. we had to build our own floating contraption and then paddle it about 1km. it was fun, but no real test of skills. rappel was off same cliff by the long trail inn. first place with team Eastern Mt sports.
C • congrats! did you use those aw... 10
