the injury is the achilles
the sickness is due to allergies and being in the basement too long cleaning up the flood and flood proofing the cracks along the concrete block walls.
the race was batsto brown course. 20 sec miss on 11, otherwise a fun run. at first I was not sure if I would run or just walk, but the pain is worse when I walk, so I ran as fast as I could to get through it.

ride from batsto A meet location to hotel in Mt laurel. the first 17km was on sandy double track. very slow at times and off the bike quite a bit. submerged trail became so consistent that I decided to just get wet and ride them. the map was quite accurate and I had little problem following along. saw several 4x's having fun in the mud. so the first 17km took 1hour 45 min. the next 35km took 1.5 hours. little lost at the end without a map, but people offered up decent directions when I asked.
