pretty much ran every possible color coded trail on the trail map. could not find a copy of the O map, but that would have slowed me down anyway. some soreness still from last saturdays run.

lower back is killing me today. maybe the pounding on the road, maybe something else, but I can barely move around the house without feeling pain. legs also sore from yesterday run. combo of the two is making it difficult to unwrap gifts.
