blew #1 - ran right past it to #2. time lost about 1:50
otherwise a clean run.

clean run, but sprained ankle again. this time good enough to hurt for a day after.
also did a nice face plant. happens when you try to read at top speed. fun courses and managed to claim some points on this one.

felt ok, took it easy, minimize mistakes and don't push hard. some routes were questionable, but executed well.
