nice to get wet. thought about running economy. worked on it too. it's been a long time since I actually ran fast. not too many sprints last year and no road races so my gait has been shortened to accomodate the longer races I do. problem with that is I am losing my speed for classic length races. goal is to do some hard workouts in the water - 1 because I need to get my speed back and 2 because my medial collateral ligament is slightly inflamed.
