spiked:15/18c shoes: I Bugs python no teeth

I knew Mike's time before starting. tossed around the idea of not looking , but felt it would push me to race harder. being under pressure is a good thing to train and I need more of that.
had an ok run, a few spots of where am I, where am I going, but biggest was on 12 for 25 seconds. again at 16 for 15 seconds after seeing the trail route late and doubling back to it from a more direct route.
up by 11 today, but not enough to catch Hammer. til next time..

at some point I hit the stop button, I looked at my time and thought I was having a great run and then saw time had not moved. still a decent effort for first O race in 18 months where I am not feeling any pain in my knee. hammer FTW, today. 23 seconds to make up tomorrow
