| Brown course at Mt. Tom. Started off just fine. Navigated well to 1 - 6 and then missed 7. Failed to keep track of how far I had gone and mistook trail just past control for one to the south. Met up with Gail, who had missed 6 too, and we figured out where we were and decided to bail. Enjoyed an easy jog down the mountain together. Careful review of the map makes me think that I must have walked within 10 meters west of the control while looking in the wrong direction. | ||
