	Rail trail from Bolton Notch to Valley Falls and back. Usual problems with unleashed canines and their clueless owners. Still shorts and tshirt weather on Dec. 23.

	Treadmill is broken so dug out the old ski machine. Easy on the knees but didn't take long for arms to get really tired.
