	Bike to Bolton Motors to pick up the car. Thankfully just beat the rain.

	Jogging with the headlamp at 5am. Saw two other runners, both female and running without artificial lighting. Must have younger eyes than mine.

	trail running 53:25 [3]

	Trail run from UConn campus down to the Fenton then south along the river then back on different trails. Georgeous day. Wish I were fit to go longer.
