hiking 1:34:00 [2] 5.4 mi (17:24 / mi)
Northernmost end of the Shenipsit Trail from Greaves Rd. south to County Rd. and back. Hot and humid. Several steep climbs. More sun than expected because the caterpillars had eaten most of the leaves in places. I think this was the only part of the 50 mile trail that I hadn't hiked before. FDFs would have ruined the hike if not for the sticky hat.
