New Year's Day trail run organized by Shenipsit Striders. Portions of the trail were so icy that I ran through the woods beside the trail. Foolishly forgot to bring ice cleats. Felt strong enough to do the 10 miles (4 laps) I had intended, but sharp pain on the inside of the right ankle stopped me at 7-1/2.
