Hurd SP bushwhack with Meshomasic Hiking Club. Much of the hike was outside the areas we use for orienteering. As usual with MHC, the pace was slow and the breaks for snacks and lunch were long.
Disappointing workout at Manchester HS track. Slow warm up mile was to be followed by 200 meter sprints with short rests between. Completed four when left calf cramped. Fastest was 43. I have become so slow.
