SYO club champs mass start round Walkley. Tim Tett planned a really good score event. Got to leave 11 controls out but finished ages behind... took it steady as still coughing a little bit.

Climbing works with loads of people (Gareth, Kelly, Fionne, Shane, Phil, Phil and Helen, James). It was cool but I'm wrecked today. Was there for 3 hrs altogether!

Ugh. Raced as hard as I could and ran pretty OK I think. Then did some hills with Kelly and now a bit zonked! Got to get ready for the party now...

Very, very hungover jog to Kelly and Gareth's house to collect our car. Very good party but I'm too old for it all I think!

my first fell race of the year! and first victory as Jenny Johnson I think.
Longshaw Sheepdog Trials. Kelly was running well til she did her ankle in - I think it would have been very very close (we have totally the opposite strengths so should be good to train together!).

long ish warm up with Kelly reccying the start of the race, short warm down after as lazy... calf a bit sore again, no high heels for me tonight.
