| S.Yorks Road Relays, our womens team won but unfortunately I wasn't in it. Ran 2nd leg for a mens team instead which was good fun and confused lots of people. (10 secs slower than the only other time I've run it in 2004) | ||

5 x 350m in 70 ish 1 x 800 in 2.49 (first lap 79...) 6 x 250m taking it in turns to lead 45-49 secs (46 and 45 for the ones I lead) 75 sec ish recoveries with 3 mins after the 800. Very tired by the end. | ||

| 1st leg at Venla for VSOK1 almost a really good run. One BIG mistake though on number 187 (control 14 maybe?) drifted right as I tried to make the vegetation fit and ignored my compass. Stupid. Saw Rach there too and ran together a bit from then on.
Finished 42nd and then Sofie and Helen ran really well to take us up to 9th on 2nd leg and 12th on 3rd!! Finished 57th. | ||

3rd, nearly 2 mins down on Pip with Grace in between. Pretty good run - nice bonus of catching Rach and Heather G on the way to number one. Only used crossing points to cross fences!! Lost at least 30secs on this - see splits to last control!? | ||

3rd place just over a minute down on Rach with Mhairi in between. Scrappy to begin with but maybe that made me run a bit harder. Some dodgy route choice decisions and wobbles near the end but all in all pretty OK. | ||

| Course at Rice Lake complete with mini markers. Aim was to go straight but I took this a bit too far and tried to head down a ridiculously steep bank from 10-11, changed my mind and took the path with 100s of steps option instead.
