technique training at Black Beck
felt very very tired after XC yesterday and possibly due to a lack of caffeine in Bilbo's flat? Shame as it was a nice session but I just plodded round.

Bilbo's Ambleside Sprint Race. Well maybe not 5 intensity but felt like it! Had an OK run after I got into it - messed around until wading the river... Download stopped working so no idea of results.

warm up and down cheering on the hallamshire lads lads (to their bronze medal) after my race. very muddy so wore spikes whole time

Yorkshire County Champs - tough race anyway and very tough course this year. Hilly and muddy. Ran OK but finished slightly lower than last year in 31st.
