not a fantastic orienteering course at Sherwood Pines. Had an OK run apart from a couple of dubious controls!

Tricketts Hills with Hallamshire (mainly orienteers there)
4 sets of 3 hills, 25/36/45 jog back recovery. Good session.

Run to the club hut and to Tricketts hills. Ran back down Loxley Valley with Clare and Helen and my little tikka between us which was cool!

run home with Jane incl Blake Street and then up to Bole Hill Park with Oli (in a blizzard) nice.

Tuesday Jan 23

300m reps x 12 56-59 seconds with around a 65 second recovery each time. Felt OK it was a bit chilly though!
Running warm up/down 45:00 [2]
jogging round track 6 times plus jogging to tram stop from work plus 6 x 100m strides each getting faster 22-17 seconds.
