| 5k time trial indoor - rubbish! Started at the right pace - 46 sec laps but couldn't keep it up at all. Tummy felt bad and wasn't sure I was going to be able to complete it. Headache all night afterwards. Think it must have been a delayed reaction to Saturday? |
