control picking on High Dam, found it hard to concentrate

at Heather's suggestion did some of course 3 as intervals which helped concentration for a while!

ran final course with Aislinn taking a leg in turn which worked better and we were both orienteering pretty well I think.

2 line courses at Bouth - one shadowed by Hev where I had to say what I was going to see (i wasn't very good at that and could see it was good for me!)

GB squad yellow jersey race on Bilbo's Area X. Really good course, struggled on the long legs and made some silly mistakes on the moor at the end and the really short legs. Rach won in 51.30ish.

Summer house knott in the Lakes. Line and control pick. Felt tired and demotivated but nice and sunny at least!

Wadsley Church intervals:
4.44/4.55/4.55/4.58 with approx 4 min recovery. Felt hard.

Wednesday Feb 28

Note
tough day at work - visiting Craft factory - 8 hours driving total so didn't make it to the oing on Craney's new map unfortunately.
