It was really tough, for descriptions see Oli and Mike's logs...
Us girls did 100m Haralds (or just over as we were in lane 5 on the bend). Then 6 x 500s (1.42/1.45/1.49/1.46/1.47/1.46) off a 1.15ish recovery, then 4 x 300s (61/61/63/63) slow in the freezing wind and cos tired I guess.
Really tired now.
