Loxley run with Oli and Rob

Saturday May 12

Running 1:30:00 [3]
Introduced Kelly to Oli's Rivelin Hills route. Think she enjoyed it and we only had one rain shower so that was good. Need to get her some fell/trail shoes soon and then sign her up for Dark peak I reckon!

Thursday May 10

Running 1:00:00 [3]
home from work to Middlewood Park and home
Running intervals 30:00 [5]
Tough reps round Middlewood Park - not enjoying racing Kelly!

3 long ones in 2.53, 2.56. 3.01 (must be slower going the other way round!?) then 1.20, 1.32 (longer half), 1.25

then some delightful short reps to finish.

Good job we had a recovery feast at Gareth and Kelly's later - thanks guys.

Wednesday May 9

Running 40:00 [3]
ran to Bingham park from work and did a bit of the course but sore quad, slipping everywhere in my trail shoes, wet from the rain and just generally lazy. Oli said I need to sort myself out. hmmm maybe I will!
