Time trial at Greno. Ran a bit quicker than last time! Felt rubbish when I set off but OK once I got going. 24.16 was my time. laps of 12.09 and 12.07...

reps on the field where the percy pud starts. some (20mins of in team of three so 7?) 52 sec reps (with a hill) then 3 x 70 secs ish (also with a hill)
