Greno time trial. Felt pretty good but nowhere near my fastest time from May which is not that surprising but I have a whole 2 weeks to get back to that so no worries.

run to track and home, very tired on way home - had to keep asking Mike to slow down!

Running intervals 30:00 [5]

6 x 500 and 250 with 30secs rest and then 2 mins 30 between sets.
Missed the 3rd 250 and had an extra long rest...

Not very quick (and started too fast), need to do all the intervals I can before WOC I think!

then bakes a pineapple-upside-down cake in record time (with a little help from Oli)
