| ShUOC chasing sprint prologue and final. Won the prologue but Seline overtook me on the final. Very very wet day. Well done to ShUOC for standing out in the rain all day!! |

| 2 sets of 4 Tricketts Hills with my calves seizing up on each jog back down - skipped the last set as I was scared I might pull something badly (and my hamstrings and hip flexors were getting tight as I was running a bit strangely!). Really rainy windy night! |
