Running 1:30:00 [3] *

long run with the Gareth and Kelly from Cutthroat Bridge up to Back Tor and back via a looped route so we didn't have to retrace our steps. Beautiful day (again)!

Running 1:10:00 [3]

long run up Rivelin with the Candys and Liz, lovely day

Running hills 15:00 [4]

4 and a bit hills from Oli's Rivelin hill route. Didn't gut myself and was a long way behind Kelly (apart from the Victor Street sprint to finish!). Felt good though in general so pleased about that.
