Fartlek round Longshaw with Channah and Adam whilst Kelly and Ian went for a run and shouted what we should do at us.
Managed to find a non-rainy spell.

Orienteering 25:00 [4]
2 sprints round millhouses park (ultrasprint recce). Quite easy without the labyrinth!! but rest assured it won't be on the day...
Head to head with Oli which was nice because after all love does make orienteering easier.

very slow jog down to work trying not to sweat!

running to track - further from the new place

2 x 4min hard (off track, same distance each rep) then 15 sec recovery before a 300m very hard (57 then 59 secs) 3 mins 30 between sets

Then 9 x 200m in a trilauf with Liz S and Ruth
running 31-34 secs for the short 200 and 38 for the long one!! So an average of 36 seconds.

Running home from work (the new office on Kenwood Park Rd!) much nicer route through the cemetery and then a mini nature reserve (yeah right) and up the cycle route to the arts tower and then down via ponderosa as usual.
Nice sunny evening too.
