Orienteering race 45:00 [4]

Skipton street race. Felt a bit hungover (I wasn't). Ran OK but couldn't really push myself or concentrate. Was getting a bit annoyed about the length you had to run round to avoid uncrossable fences!

Running warm up/down 15:00 [2]

minimal

Running 20:00 [3]

went for a run with Oli but then had a big row (because he crossed a road dangerously) so I ran home in a huff! (think it was mainly due to jetlag).

Note
(rest day)

travelling home, would have had a jog but it was pouring with rain.

Sitting waiting for the flight now - gonna be a bit late but I really hope it won't be like last time...

Running 1:15:00 [3]

Morning run just as it was getting light with Tobi (one of the German reps) my boss and Carl (one of the designers) bailed out n us. Headed up the road as it was still dark and then took the Baden Powell trail down to the Twin Falls and suspension bridge. It was really cool and we were the only people out in the woods!

Was advised to stick to the roads cos of bears!!!

Running 40:00 [3]

Went running after work with one of the German reps (Tobi) up to nearly the waterfalls in Lynn Valley but we didn' t have enough time before dinner so had to head back! Nice to get out in the crazy Vancouver sun though!
