Running 10:00 [3]

11 AM

Climbing 10:00 [2]

one route at Roche Rocks where Pippa and Shane were climbing all day. I struggled big time at the crux but Shane's encouragement coupled with Pippa's admonishment eventually got me to the top!

Orienteering race 40:00 [5]

Eden Project sprint race
very cool! confusing start but just stood still and took a bearing and then convinced myself to follow it. killer hill after the loops around the biomes. Thanks to the Hargreaves for coming up with and organising this one!

includes warm up/down

Scrambling 30:00 [1]

lots of scrambling around on the sea cliffs near Lands End - I was outside of my comfort zone just doing this and far to scared to abseil down and join Shane, Heather, Pippa and Oli in actually climbing. Enjoyed the sun and photography instead.

(rest day)

visited Clovelly and carried Jack's buggy/Jack around a lot so not really a rest day!

Orienteering race 35:00 [5]

JK Relay for SYO 2 good runs from Jo and Kim set me out just behind Hollie and I managed to hang on as her direction was a bit dodgy for most of the race! Not fit enough to go for it when she missed 2 controls from the finish though - really enjoyed racing though and well done to SYO 1 and EUOC. Great to have 2 SYO teams up there, bring on the British!
