Orienteering race 1:18:00 [5]

Venla leg 4 finished 125th, team mates were all disappointed with their runs and their stories had scared me so I took it steady! Every time I thought I was going too slow and sped up I went wrong so I realised I had to go steady.
Actually very enjoyable but tough and tricky, had a lonely leg too - didn't ever seem to see anyone on my leg.

Spectator race at Nordic O tour lost time on 3 routes (scrappy on the route) - 6 mins, apart from that pretty OK.
Back felt kind of alright I think.
