Running race 1:06:00 [5]

Did the Tender Knee (from Rice Lake to Deep Cove - half of the Iron Knee) and now have a very tender knee. First lady and second overall (most good runners run the whole lot - Louise was 2nd in that) but I fell down a rocky bit right near the end and have a grazed right arm and shin, bruised hip and totally beaten up hip. Got well looked after by the first aid guy, massage girls and Louise. Fingers crossed I'll be OK for next week...

drills plus hills with Kelly and the boys. Very windy in Bole Hill Park but the weather was much better than it had been all day so shouldn't complain.
