ok run until 45 mins in when I couldn't seem to either run or think anymore so lost lots of time!

driving to Scotland, getting as far as Oli's parent's place today (Haweswater)

Run from the west end of Haweswater up to High Street and back down with Oli. Out for 2 hours altogether and highlights were Oli falling a peat bog when he stepped back to take a photo of me and going for a swim (intentional this time) in Small water which was actually quite warm. Lovely day, nice to get some sunshine before heading north...

found a dvd in Paul's study so we had a go at a couple of sessions, feeling less sore afterwards which is good as I'd rather not be wrecked at the start of the Six Days.

bike to work and back with my gears all working (thanks Oli), had loads of near misses with cars and pedestrians today so glad to have a couple of weeks off the bike!
