Sunday May 30 #

Running warm up/down 40:00 [1]

to and from the start/finish - Alex and I got a bit lost through the caravan park on the way back (but at least we went that way...)

Orienteering 35:00 [3]

head not really in it and after spending ages looking for no.2 decided to only do half the course and keep hr low. Felt OK though and the flowers in the forest were beautiful. Huge thanks to everyone who is putting these events on at the moment.

Note

Alpemare swimming pool for the afternoon - terrifying going down the big slide (backwards!) with Alex, Jack and Oli on a big ring. Then Scarborough for chips (only Papas don't use beef dripping for future reference...) which was very busy. Dodgems!

Saturday May 29 #

Note
(rest day)

sleepy and not 100% today but nice to feel that at the beach, Alex also out of sorts - sympathy??

Friday May 28 #

Note
(rest day)

got offered the chance to have my second jab so took it (even though it made travelling to Brid straight from school even more hectic!)

Thursday May 27 #

On my own in the sunshine. Millhouses and Eccy Wds.

Wednesday May 26 #

steady with Carrie and Jess

Monday May 24 #

circuits 50:00 [3]

Great woodland workout session, I ached from yesterday though.

Running 20:00 [2]

Biking 30:00 [3]

into town for a trip to the theatre (to see Spiltmilk's Dessert Island Flicks which was fab and very funny!) even bought a glass of wine in a bar.
All felt a bit emotional.
Very achy biking up to Banner Cross!
