Orienteering race 1:18:00 [4]
W40L Northern Champs High Dam, started ok but very scrappy. Kept checking my watch to see that I was never going to get back in time for Alex then trying to run harder and then failing to find the controls! Absolutely gorgeous out there and a fantastic course though. Oh and I collected a few ticks...
