Lewis mills + bollinger. Slept in a chair last night waiting for the power to come back on (never did), so really felt crappy. Strange, it almost seemed like I was half asleep when I started. Just tried to survive. Leaving tomorrow for trip, so probably no running for a couple days (but hopefully some good hiking)

Walking (some short jogs) on FCE with Sam. He wants to visit every charcoal platform on the map--which I'm trying to talk him out of. Funny how the map has evolved--the greens are now whiter and the whites greener. Cyclic plant growth I guess.

Still haven't learned my lesson... running at Hibernia again.
Ok through about the first 3/4 of the course, but fell apart in a very green and (I think) poorly mapped area.

Myrick center red course. DOing OK until I started not ready the map properly. FInal straw was hacking through solid green only to find I had gone from #13 to #4. Just a hot, bad day all around.
